Custom Oil Painting from Photo Customer Order

It just doesn't look like my husband at all. I attempted 3 times to have the artist correct his face, but after so many attempts, I just accepted that this is as good as it's going to get. For the amount of money I spent on this, I really expected better. Also, the communication was very week. I tried to give as many details as I could, and asked for feedback, and I got 2-3 word responses, "ok, will fix". The shipment is via a Chinese company I've never heard of, and the tracking information is minimal. For the past week, it's been "expected to arrive in East Texas before October 25th". No idea when it's supposed to get to my house, in Atlanta Georgia...
