Custom Oil Painting from Photo Customer Order

While the end product was barely acceptable (besides, I needed it before Christmas), the artist was subpar. At first he/she had the head twice as big as a human's head should be which I shouldn't have had to point out. In the very beginning, I specifically asked for the chaps to be removed, only showing the rider with jeans. He didn't do that after I messaged him/her three times about that. The facial features were very odd which I had to have him correct several times (nose hanging down over upper lip, strange facial creases which weren't in the original photo supplied by me, etc.). I would not use this artist again. Communication with me was poor, as he ignored specific requests.
